We are seeking a reliable and energetic Motor Courier (Kurir Motor) to join our logistics team in the bustling district of Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. This position is vital to ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly, safely, and in perfect condition. As a courier, you will be the face of our company on the road, representing our commitment to speed, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders to designated addresses across Kelapa Dua and surrounding neighborhoods, adhering strictly to the assigned schedule.
- Inspect each parcel before departure to confirm that it is properly packaged, undamaged, and correctly labeled.
- Utilize Google Maps or approved navigation apps to determine the most efficient routes, taking traffic conditions and road safety into account.
- Obtain recipient signatures or electronic confirmations, following the company’s standard delivery protocol.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic jams, road closures, or recipient unavailability—immediately to the dispatch team.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs in the mobile application, including timestamps, mileage, and any incident notes.
- Perform basic motorcycle maintenance checks (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) before each shift to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to load and unload parcels efficiently while respecting load limits.
- Provide courteous, friendly service to customers, answering basic inquiries about order status when appropriate.
- Participate in periodic safety briefings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and active motorcycle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for the company’s delivery app.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings, in line with the company’s professional appearance standards.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to work independently.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with Google Maps or similar GPS tools.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Physical ability to lift and handle parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic literacy in reading addresses, phone numbers, and delivery instructions.
