Introduction

We are a leading retailer of audio‑visual and electronic products in Semarang, seeking a dynamic Product Promoter for Speakers to join our energetic sales team. This role focuses on showcasing our latest speaker line‑up to customers, driving brand awareness, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers on the shop floor, demonstrating the features and benefits of a wide range of speaker systems, including AUVI and other premium audio brands.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display that highlights key specifications, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Conduct on‑site product trials and live sound demonstrations to help shoppers experience audio quality firsthand.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, answering technical queries, providing after‑sales advice, and guiding them toward the best purchase decision.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the back‑office team to replenish stock, and report any discrepancies.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics to keep our offerings competitive.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Document customer feedback and emerging market trends to assist the product development and marketing teams.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest audio technologies and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the brand’s image at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in retail, preferably in the audio‑visual (AUVI) or electronics sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional, well‑groomed appearance.

  • Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
