Introduction

Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for A/R overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular monitoring of delinquent accounts, identifying high‑risk customers and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Develop and implement collection strategies, including phone calls, written notices, and field visits, while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring options that align with both company policy and borrower capabilities.
- Collaborate with credit analysts, underwriting, and legal teams to verify account details and support dispute resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports highlighting recovery rates, aging trends, and key risk indicators.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of multifinance regulations, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase collection efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior collection staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Ensure all collection activities are documented in the company’s CRM system with high accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services (experience is a strong plus).
- Male candidates only, with a maximum age of 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit and collection software, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and travel within the assigned jurisdiction as needed.
- Residency in or near Lumajang, Jawa Timur, with placement at the local Adira Finance office.
