Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kasir Ritel Toko Serba Ada to join our fast‑growing retail team. The ideal candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our store, handling cash transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that daily sales operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, electronic data capture (EDC) terminals, and QRIS payment platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments while adhering to company policies on cash handling.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, conducting regular reconciliations.
- Generate and submit daily sales reports, highlighting transaction volumes, peak hours, and any discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and returns, ensuring a courteous and helpful experience.
- Monitor inventory levels at the checkout area, alerting the floor manager when stock needs replenishment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and visual displays.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new POS features, fraud prevention, and customer service techniques.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products, contributing to overall store revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a cashier, teller, or retail associate; prior experience in a multi‑brand convenience store is a plus.
- Proficient in operating POS systems, EDC machines, and QRIS payment applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to perform quick, accurate calculations.
- Demonstrated honesty, meticulousness, and accountability in handling cash and financial records.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; friendly, polite, and able to build rapport with customers.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the store’s brand standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for reporting purposes.
