Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring every meal meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, actively listening to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly to preserve strong customer relationships.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to temperature, portion control, and presentation, adhering to hygiene regulations and the outlet’s service guidelines.
  • Keep the dining area, kitchen, and service stations spotless throughout the shift, performing routine cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor and assisting with basic inventory checks.
  • Support shift leaders in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, equipment checks, and securing the premises.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods, stepping in to help where needed to maintain service speed.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, personal hygiene, and the use of protective equipment.
  • Provide feedback to management on operational improvements, guest preferences, and potential efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑26 years old.
  • Open to all genders; applicants must be of Islamic faith as per outlet policy.
  • Demonstrated personal hygiene and a clean, well‑groomed appearance.
  • Strong character traits: discipline, honesty, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and mentally resilient to handle long standing periods and a fast‑moving work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand and follow SOPs.
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and support coworkers.
  • Interest in the food‑service industry and a desire to learn about quality control of beverages and meals.
