Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury watch collections, explaining technical specifications, brand heritage, and care instructions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling and upselling complementary accessories.
- Maintain an immaculate store presentation, ensuring all display cases, product tags, and promotional materials are accurately arranged.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and in‑store events, fostering a memorable buying experience.
- Analyze daily sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, recommend inventory adjustments, and support merchandising decisions.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, managing a personal portfolio of high‑value customers and facilitating after‑sales services such as warranties and repairs.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and visual merchandisers to implement marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging luxury watch technologies.
- Demonstrate professionalism and poise while working under high pressure, especially during peak shopping periods and special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, promotion, or direct customer engagement (experience in luxury retail or watch sales is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is preferred.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and discipline.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with shifts from 09:00 to 22:00.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform well under pressure and meet demanding sales objectives.
