Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Pendukung Operasional Umum to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide range of daily operational needs, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by supervisors, including material handling, equipment setup, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, corridors, storage rooms, and common spaces to promote a safe and professional environment.
- Support loading and unloading of goods, verifying quantities, and safely moving items using manual techniques or basic material‑handling equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as inventory, shipping, and administration to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Participate in routine safety checks, report hazards, and follow company safety protocols at all times.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, taking on additional general tasks as needed to meet operational goals.
- Assist in basic record‑keeping, such as signing off on completed tasks, logging material movements, and updating simple spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
