Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan (Field Collector) to join our dynamic team in Mukomuko, Bengkulu. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring repayment schedules and identifying overdue instalments.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or workplaces to collect payments, verify data, and update account information.
- Engage in proactive negotiations, offering realistic repayment plans and resolving disputes while adhering to company policies.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the sales, credit, and legal teams to share insights that improve risk assessment and collection strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing concerns, and building trust through transparent communication.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics, including collection rates, outstanding balances, and field visit outcomes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree is considered an advantage.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational requirements).
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Dynamic, energetic, and highly communicative personality.
- Passion for field work and comfortable navigating diverse neighborhoods in Mukomuko.
- Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C license for daily travel to client locations.
- Zero or minimal prior experience; fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
