We are seeking a dedicated Professional Spa Therapist to join the Djava Family Reflexology team at our flagship location in Dago/Turangga, Bandung. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality family massage sessions, including traditional Indonesian techniques and modern reflexology practices.
- Assess client needs through friendly consultation and tailor each treatment to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well‑being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment in accordance with health and sanitation standards.
- Manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing client wait times.
- Collaborate closely with other therapists and front‑desk staff to coordinate daily operations and special events.
- Participate actively in ongoing training programs and skill‑enhancement workshops offered by Djava Family Reflexology.
- Document treatment notes accurately and uphold confidentiality of client information.
- Promote additional services and wellness packages to clients, contributing to the spa’s revenue goals.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client demand.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: None required – both experienced and entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of acupressure techniques is a plus.
