The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine while allowing you to develop valuable skills in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring each dish meets presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the shift, refill drinks, clear plates, and anticipate guests’ needs to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring condiment stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow floor staff to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns quickly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal hygiene standards.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs, offering feedback that contributes to continuous improvement.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques to increase average ticket value while maintaining authenticity and guest comfort.

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
