We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Toko Retail dan Pengelolaan Operasional to lead one of our flagship retail locations. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and local regulations.
- Manage all aspects of sales performance, including target setting, monitoring, and achievement of revenue goals.
- Control inventory flow: track stock levels, set pricing strategies, handle returns, and manage expired product disposition.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and back‑office staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Maintain accurate store records using the company’s computer system, including sales reports, loss‑prevention logs, and cash handling procedures.
- Communicate store conditions, incidents, and policy violations to regional management, proposing practical solutions to resolve issues.
- Serve as a backup for any team member’s responsibilities, ensuring continuity of operations during absences.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on merchandising, promotions, and staffing.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee timely product deliveries and replenishment.
Requirements
- Female candidates, preferably under 35 years of age.
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Head Store, Store Supervisor, or similar role in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sales data and inventory reports.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
