Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step inside.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu‑related questions, and suggest complementary items to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare a full range of beverages, including espresso‑based drinks and intricate latte art, while adhering to recipe standards.
- Assemble and plate food items in the kitchen, maintaining consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including workstations, display cases, and equipment, following health‑safety regulations.
- Execute daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the manager in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, service techniques, and hospitality trends.
- Uphold brand standards by consistently delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: 19‑30 years (maximum 31 years).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a barista, latte‑art, or kitchen role; experience in both beverage and food preparation is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in coffee brewing, espresso machine operation, and latte art.
- Basic food preparation and plating techniques.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
- Public speaking and presentation confidence when interacting with guests.
- Personal Qualities: Honest, disciplined, hardworking, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
