Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Anggota Tim Pengelolaan Crew Pool. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our crew management system, ensuring that our teams are well‑coordinated, punctual, and equipped to deliver top‑notch service across all projects. As a member of the Crew Pool team, you will become part of a dynamic environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of crew members for various assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew availability, certifications, and personal documentation such as KTP and SIM.
  • Assist in onboarding new crew members, verifying their qualifications and providing orientation on company policies.
  • Support the implementation of the store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) by entering data, generating reports, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and performance metrics, and communicate any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and HR departments to align crew resources with business needs.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and respectful workplace by enforcing dress code standards and personal hygiene expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, answering inquiries and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights for process improvements and sharing best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 27 years maximum.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Possess a valid KTP and, if applicable, a driving license (SIM).
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and personal cleanliness.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Basic proficiency in using a store management system and common office software.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
