Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the planning, production, and distribution of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media content.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, product development, and creative services—to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and provide regular ROI reports to senior management.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that expand brand reach.
- Mentor and supervise junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost, adjusting tactics as needed.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.
