Introduction

XLSmart, a leading provider of smart home and automation solutions in East Lampung Regency, is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic field team. This role is ideal for a self‑starter with a solid foundation in sales and marketing, who thrives on building strong customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets. The successful candidate will operate primarily on‑site, visiting residential and commercial clusters, demonstrating product knowledge, and converting leads into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to assigned clusters, following the detailed RMP (Route Management Plan) to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers, presenting XLSmart’s product portfolio and tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Achieve and consistently surpass monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the regional revenue pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide after‑sale support, ensuring smooth installation, addressing any concerns, and fostering long‑term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to relay market feedback, competitor insights, and emerging customer trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and stay updated on the latest technological advancements.
  • Uphold XLSmart’s brand reputation by delivering professional, courteous, and ethical service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or home automation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Ability to understand and execute RMP (field visit schedule) effectively.
  • Proficient in using a smartphone (Android, minimum 4 GB RAM) for CRM entry, navigation, and digital presentations.
  • Own a reliable motorbike, possess a valid SIM C, and hold an active police clearance (SKCK).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability, quick learning, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the current operational requirements.
