Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agen Walk Out Store XL Smart – Bukittinggi to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on expanding the customer base for our flagship products – Prio (express store), Livepaid, and XL Satu (mini store) – across the Bukittinggi region. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for face‑to‑face selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through direct visits, referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
- Conduct in‑depth product presentations, highlighting key features, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of Prio, Livepaid, and XL Satu solutions, tailoring the message to each customer’s unique needs.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional events, product launches, and after‑sales support.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work regular business hours (08:00 – 17:00) with flexibility for occasional field visits.
