Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparation methods.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system and communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to portion standards.
  • Monitor table status, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout service.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tip distribution with precision and honesty.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to coordinate timing and resolve any service issues.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance consistent with the restaurant’s brand.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day sanitation checks.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Candidates must be 27 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Appearance: Presentable, friendly, and with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willing to work both morning (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM) and night (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM) shifts, Monday through Saturday.
  • Core Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, basic math for handling payments, and familiarity with food‑and‑beverage service standards.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
  • Soft Skills: Patience, attentiveness, problem‑solving, and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
