Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high‑quality graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and paid ads that reflect the brand’s clean and minimalist aesthetic.
- Develop and maintain brand‑consistent visual assets, including product mock‑ups, packaging concepts, website banners, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, especially within the skincare and beauty industry, and incorporate fresh ideas into daily work.
- Utilize AI‑driven design tools to accelerate workflow, generate variations, and experiment with novel visual concepts.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and file formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers or interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication (DKV), or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in digital media design, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and a solid understanding of AI‑assisted design tools.
- Strong grasp of skincare branding principles: clean look, aesthetic consistency, and color harmony.
- Creativity paired with a finger on the pulse of social‑media trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to deliver polished work under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
