Responsibilities

- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modality applications, and play‑based interventions.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning strategies, and equipment usage to reinforce therapy outcomes outside the clinic.
- Collaborate with pediatric nurses, occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and physicians to ensure an integrated approach to each child’s rehabilitation journey.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation in compliance with hospital standards and national health regulations.
- Participate in weekly case‑review meetings, contributing insights and adjusting plans based on progress reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, modifying techniques as needed to achieve optimal functional gains.
- Promote a safe and child‑friendly environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and used according to safety protocols.
- Stay current with emerging evidence‑based practices in pediatric physiotherapy by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Midwifery, or a related Health Science program.
- Age: Up to 30 years old; unmarried female candidates are preferred in accordance with the specific client demographic.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the primary client base currently consists of children under the care of female caregivers.
- At least 0 years of professional experience – fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and a genuine interest in pediatric health.

- Own reliable transportation to travel between clinic sites and community outreach locations.
