Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Supervisor Villa Operasional dan Kebersihan to lead the daily operations and cleaning standards of our luxury villa portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on hospitality experience with strong leadership abilities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine, comfortable, and memorable stay. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers the opportunity to grow within a vibrant resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of villa housekeeping, including room turnover, deep‑cleaning cycles, and inventory management of linens and amenities.
- Coordinate with front‑desk, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely resolution of service requests.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness, safety, and guest service, continuously seeking improvements.
- Schedule, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities to verify compliance with brand standards.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment, placing orders as needed while staying within budget.
- Prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover time and guest satisfaction scores, and present findings to senior management.
- Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness and respond promptly to any issues, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health‑and‑safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work effectively under pressure during peak seasons, managing increased occupancy while maintaining service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in Indonesian and basic English is a plus.
- Honest, responsible, and able to demonstrate high integrity in all tasks.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience to work under pressure, especially during high‑occupancy periods.
