We are seeking energetic and results‑driven Sales Langsung WiFi Bangka professionals to join our fast‑growing broadband team. The role focuses on direct, door‑to‑door sales of high‑speed WiFi services across the Bangka region, including Pangkal Pinang, Sungai Liat, Koba, Toboali, Kelapa, Muntok, and Belinyu. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily door‑to‑door canvassing visits, identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our broadband WiFi packages, clearly explaining speed tiers, pricing, promotional offers, and contract terms.
- Perform product education sessions, answering technical questions and addressing common concerns about installation and service reliability.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system, updating status, notes, and follow‑up actions in real time.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule installations, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to technical support.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and local demand trends, providing feedback to marketing for campaign optimization.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing best practices, reporting performance metrics, and planning territory coverage.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, professional conduct, and ethical sales practices while representing the brand in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Primary school (SD) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to all genders and age groups; no upper age limit.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel across the assigned territories.
- Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking.
- Demonstrated customer‑relationship skills, able to build trust quickly with diverse households.
- Basic analytical abilities to track sales performance, interpret data, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Self‑motivation, time‑management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
