Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every client with a warm, professional demeanor, establishing a positive first impression of SOSO Skin.
- Conduct thorough product knowledge sessions, explaining the chemical composition, structure, and benefits of each beauty product in a clear, jargon‑free manner.
- Assess client needs through active listening, recommend suitable treatments or products, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records, process invoices, and organize documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory terminology.
- Schedule appointments, manage the front‑desk calendar, and coordinate with therapists and medical staff to ensure seamless client flow.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to evaluate satisfaction, feeding insights back to the team for continuous improvement.
- Support promotional activities, including in‑clinic demonstrations, social‑media content preparation, and participation in local beauty events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational brochures, flyers, and digital assets that reflect the latest trends in skincare science.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring the front‑of‑house environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product launches, industry innovations, and advanced communication techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year proven experience in sales, front‑desk, or customer service within the beauty or wellness sector.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the current operational model.
- Strong integrity and a commitment to upholding the brand’s reputation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex chemical and cosmetic concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proficient in basic administration: document handling, sales tracking, and use of POS or CRM systems.
- High emotional intelligence, with the capacity to read client cues and respond empathetically.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work the standard hours of 09:30 – 17:30; weekend or holiday shifts may be required based on clinic demand.
