Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the position of Tentor Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD). This role is designed for undergraduate students who are in their fourth semester or later and are passionate about shaping the next generation of elementary school teachers. The successful applicant will join a supportive team of educators, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, to deliver high‑quality instructional support and professional development to aspiring primary teachers.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead instructors in designing and delivering lesson plans that align with national elementary education standards.
- Facilitate small‑group workshops focused on classroom management, lesson differentiation, and assessment strategies.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship to student teachers, offering constructive feedback on lesson execution and pedagogical techniques.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to adapt teaching materials for diverse learning styles and inclusive classrooms.
- Monitor and evaluate student teacher progress, maintaining detailed records of observations, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Organize and supervise interactive activities that promote child‑centered learning, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for continuous improvement of the training program.
- Stay updated on the latest educational research, technology tools, and policy changes that impact primary education.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program, minimum of the fourth semester or an equivalent S1 level of study.
- Minimum educational qualification: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) or expected completion within the next academic year.
