- Manage the company’s online reputation by responding to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure lead quality, nurture prospects, and support the sales funnel.
- Maintain the digital marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective spend across all channels.
- Prepare comprehensive post‑campaign reports, highlighting insights, ROI, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or consumer‑services industry.
- Hands‑on experience with VHP (Virtual Hospitality Platform) or similar property‑management systems.
- Fluent in English—both written and verbal—with strong copy‑editing abilities.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to cross‑functional teams.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) for occasional on‑site visits or event support.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
