Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the hotel portfolio, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis models to support strategic planning and capital‑expenditure initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads (rooms, food & beverage, sales & marketing) to evaluate cost structures, identify revenue‑enhancement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, GOP, and EBITDA, providing regular performance dashboards to the executive team.
- Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports for board meetings, investor presentations, and external audits.
- Support cash‑flow management, including cash‑position monitoring, banking relationships, and working‑capital optimization.
- Participate in internal and external audit activities, preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries.
- Mentor junior analysts and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in hospitality finance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury‑hotel sector.
- Strong command of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—to convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and the ability to represent the brand with confidence.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Disciplined, responsible, and possessing a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good proficiency in English.
- Willingness to commit to the full internship or probation period, if applicable, and to adapt to a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
