In this pivotal role, you will oversee a network of photobooth outlets, ensuring each location delivers exceptional service, maintains high sales performance, and creates memorable moments for our customers. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi‑site team of store managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve shift schedules to guarantee optimal coverage and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to workflow standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as attendance, productivity, sales targets, and service quality; provide timely feedback and coaching.
- Identify staffing needs, recruit talent, and coordinate ongoing training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and General Affairs teams to launch promotions, manage inventory, and align on strategic initiatives.
- Resolve on‑site operational issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement effective problem‑solving measures.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance customer experience, increase average transaction value, and reduce operational costs.
- Champion a culture of creativity, open communication, and accountability across all retail locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Associate Degree (D4) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in retail operations, store management, or sales leadership, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of store sales cycles, inventory control, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
- Proficiency in administrative tools, reporting software, and basic data analysis.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 01:00 – 21:00, with occasional travel to monitor outlet performance.
