Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including personal loans, motor vehicle financing, and consumer credit—to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial customer data and verifying documentation required for credit applications.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork, such as identification, income proof, and vehicle details, are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the status of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval, rejection, or additional information needed.
  • Communicate credit decisions clearly, outlining repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent information to ensure customers fully understand their obligations.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads and opportunities using the company’s CRM system, tracking progress from prospecting through closing.
  • Collaborate with the distribution network, dealers, and internal support teams to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers post‑sale to reinforce relationships, address concerns, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements while representing the brand professionally.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and market insights for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
  • Maximum age: 34 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong potential.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) with active status.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer files simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency with Android smartphones and common mobile applications, facilitating field work and data entry.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Finance Probolinggo branch.
