Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Professional Restaurant Service Staff to join our hospitality team. As a key member of the dining‑room operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and fellow employees. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floor surfaces, and high‑touch points such as door handles and menus.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitising workstations, equipment exteriors, and waste disposal zones.
  • Keep restroom facilities immaculate, restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and ensuring proper hygiene signage is displayed.
  • Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations, separating recyclables from general waste.
  • Inspect and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to guarantee consistency across all shifts.
  • Assist in deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing on a periodic basis.
  • Support the front‑of‑house team during peak hours by quickly clearing tables, resetting settings, and ensuring a smooth turnover.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Document completed tasks in the daily log and communicate any sanitation concerns to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; diversity is welcomed.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Critical and creative thinking abilities to solve unexpected cleanliness challenges.
  • Ability to follow instructions meticulously and maintain attention to detail.
