Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Store Administrator to join our growing retail team in Ngadirejo. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the daily operations of the store run smoothly, from managing inventory and handling cash transactions to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish merchandise.
- Process sales transactions, manage the cash register, and reconcile daily cash reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare and file weekly and monthly administrative reports, including sales performance, stock movements, and expense summaries.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate store computer systems, update product databases, and generate promotional materials using basic office software.
- Coordinate with the store manager to schedule staff shifts, track attendance, and oversee employee performance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail standards.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by arranging displays, tagging items, and ensuring price accuracy.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, sales techniques, and administrative best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or higher; candidates with SMK, SMA, D3, or S1 qualifications are also welcomed.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are acceptable; however, prior experience in retail administration, inventory control, or customer service is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, well‑presented, courteous, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
