We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Consultant – Business Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing automotive sales team. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our market share by promoting a diverse portfolio of vehicles to both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. The role operates on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant work environment where ambition and professionalism are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and product presentation to negotiation, contract preparation, and final closing.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑ups.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and personalized vehicle recommendations based on each customer’s needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Coordinate test drives, financing options, and after‑sales support to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, promotional events, and dealership workshops to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and service departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and improve performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and action plans for senior management review.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
