We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Motor Courier (Kurir Motor). Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the J&T Express hub and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses across the designated Tulungagung area.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using mapping tools and area‑knowledge to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.
- Verify package integrity and obtain recipient signatures or digital confirmations upon successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs in the company’s mobile application, reporting any discrepancies, delays, or incidents promptly.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) to ensure safe operation.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing recipient inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to J&T Express safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to continuously improve delivery speed and accuracy.
Requirements
- Male, aged 18‑40 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA/SMK preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Smartphone with Android OS, minimum 3 GB RAM, capable of running J&T’s delivery application.
- Strong sense of loyalty, honesty, discipline, and personal responsibility.
- Ability to work under a target‑oriented system, meeting daily delivery quotas.
- Basic mapping and area‑knowledge skills; familiarity with Tulungagung’s road network is a plus.
- Excellent time‑management and punctuality.
