- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables quickly after each guest departs.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Respond to guest inquiries, address special dietary requests, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with fellow wait staff, bartenders, and managers to manage high‑volume periods and sustain smooth service flow.
- Monitor stock levels of utensils, napkins, and condiments, notifying the supervisor of any shortages.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar wait‑staff or food‑service role.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
