Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Officer to join our dynamic team at the Pekulo branch. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who have a keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to develop strong customer‑service and account‑management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and professional experience from the moment they walk in until they drive away.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer account records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personal and transactional data.
- Process vehicle purchase orders, financing applications, and after‑sales service bookings in a timely manner.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing clear information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with warranty registrations, insurance documentation, and any required follow‑up after vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross‑selling opportunities, such as accessories, maintenance packages, and extended service contracts.
- Monitor daily transaction logs and reconcile cash flows against the branch’s financial targets.
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, customer satisfaction metrics, and sales performance for branch management.
- Support the service department by scheduling routine maintenance appointments and coordinating parts inventory for customer vehicles.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay current on new vehicle models, financing options, and industry regulations.
- Promote a positive brand image by adhering to company policies, maintaining a clean work environment, and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 28 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- Strong basic knowledge of automobile components and terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
- High motivation to learn, with a proactive attitude toward personal and professional development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior work experience is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM systems).
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
