Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, recommend suitable styles, and suggest appropriate hair care products.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols, including regular disinfection of tools and equipment.
- Manage appointment scheduling, handle walk‑in customers efficiently, and ensure minimal waiting times.
- Track inventory of shampoos, conditioners, razors, and other salon supplies; reorder as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Stay current with industry trends, new cutting techniques, and emerging grooming products through continuous learning and training.
- Promote salon services and upsell additional treatments such as hot towel shaves, scalp massages, and specialty hair treatments.
- Collaborate with fellow barbers, stylists, and front‑desk staff to create a cohesive and welcoming client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client services, payments, and any special requests for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑switchers are encouraged to apply.
- Essential skill: Proficiency in hair styling and grooming techniques (Seni Menata Rambut).

- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding the salon’s standards.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
