Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding and adopting Kredivo as a preferred payment method, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Continuously build and maintain deep product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and eligibility criteria.
- Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of the Kredivo app to potential users in malls, markets, and other high‑traffic locations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on using the application, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Achieve daily sales and acquisition targets, accurately record activities, and submit detailed reports to the regional manager.
- Develop and nurture relationships with merchants, local partners, and other stakeholders to expand Kredivo’s footprint.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to help refine our offerings.
- Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and promote a positive brand image at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Residency in Ternate or surrounding areas is mandatory.

- Basic experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for demonstration and reporting purposes.
- At least one dose of COVID‑19 vaccination.

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and data analysis basics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance metrics.
