We are seeking a dedicated Full‑time Kitchen Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict hygiene practices, including regular hand washing, proper storage of perishables, and routine cleaning of workstations.
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Assist chefs and line cooks during peak service hours by expediting orders, restocking stations, and handling mise en place.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, including temperature controls, cross‑contamination prevention, and proper waste disposal.
  • Support a collaborative kitchen culture by communicating clearly with teammates and stepping in wherever needed.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and workflow optimizations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, performing end‑of‑day sanitization and equipment checks.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years old.
  • Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a fast‑learning mindset.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude toward duties and workplace safety.
