Responsibilities
- Create eye‑catching graphics and promotional materials using Canva to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and live‑stream events.
- Produce short‑form video content and edit livestream recordings with CapCut, ensuring smooth transitions, subtitles, and brand consistency.
- Host live‑shopping sessions on popular marketplace platforms, demonstrating products, answering viewer questions, and driving real‑time sales.
- Manage online marketplace listings, including product descriptions, pricing, inventory updates, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Maintain daily administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for live sessions, sales conversion rates, and social media engagement, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, sales, customer service—to streamline workflows and improve the overall customer journey.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor on camera, representing the company’s values and building trust with the audience.
- Take ownership of the job desk, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency in photo editing with Canva and video editing using CapCut.
- Prior experience hosting live streams or webinars is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of online sales processes on major marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a charismatic on‑camera presence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.

- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
