Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process incoming orders from multiple online channels, including e‑commerce platforms, WhatsApp, Grab, and Shopee.
- Verify each order against real‑time stock levels, confirming product availability and preventing overselling.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, stock status, and delivery timelines, delivering a professional and friendly tone.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records by regularly adjusting stock quantities and price points across all online storefronts.
- Assist the marketing team in uploading new product listings, promotional banners, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accurate descriptions, high‑quality images, and SEO‑friendly titles.
- Execute broadcast messages to inform customers of current promotions, flash sales, and exclusive offers, driving higher conversion rates.
- Monitor order fulfillment progress, coordinate with the warehouse staff for picking and packing, and resolve any discrepancies before shipment.
- Handle post‑sale support, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing any complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile daily sales reports and assist in preparing periodic performance analytics.
- Participate in shift rotations (including evenings and weekends) to ensure continuous online support and optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience as an Admin Online Shop or similar role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with major marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak) and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Demonstrated aptitude for multitasking, attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional shift changes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially spreadsheet software and inventory management tools.
- Positive attitude, team‑spirit, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
