This entry‑level position is based in the Jepon‑Cepu area of Blora Regency and offers a stable salary aligned with the provincial minimum wage (UMP). Candidates will work a six‑day week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will play a crucial role in building our brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory (Jepon, Cepu, Ngawen).
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
- Gather market intelligence through field observation, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales reports, and customer data using company‑provided tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the regional manager.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid driving licence (SIM C) and personal motorbike or vehicle for field visits.
- Essential documents: KTP, diploma and transcript, birth certificate, family card (KK), and a recent 4×6 cm passport‑style photo.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to accurately record field data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and a willingness to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy for handling sales orders and reporting.
