Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, edit, and publish high‑quality content—including blog posts, infographics, videos, and product descriptions—that aligns with SEO best practices.
- Manage daily social‑media activity: schedule posts, engage with followers, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries in a timely, persuasive manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop promotional materials, sales decks, and landing pages that support revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM) for occasional off‑site activities.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
