We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator – Tim Produksi Konten to join our dynamic media team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. This role is ideal for final‑year university students or fresh graduates who have a passion for storytelling, video production, and social‑media trends. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar tailored to each social‑media channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content, ensuring high production quality from pre‑production to final delivery.
- Produce compelling copy for captions, headlines, and call‑to‑actions that align with brand guidelines and drive audience interaction.
- Monitor platform algorithms and emerging trends, translating them into timely, relevant posts that boost organic reach.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify content gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and produce reports that inform future content decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas that blend entertainment, education, and brand storytelling.
- Occasionally appear on‑camera to present product demos, tutorials, or brand narratives, representing the company with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a D3 or higher in Communication, Media Studies, Film, Design, or any related field.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience creating digital content, either through internships, freelance projects, or personal portfolios.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production, editing, and persuasive copywriting.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software; basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social‑media algorithms, platform best practices, and current entertainment industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence to appear on‑camera when required.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and optimizing content performance.
