Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso‑based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including regular equipment cleaning, inventory checks, and waste management.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, communicative manner, taking orders accurately, answering product questions, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours, assisting with food preparation, restocking, and front‑of‑house duties as needed.
- Adapt quickly to high‑pressure situations, managing long lines and special requests while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and health‑safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on operational improvements, customer preferences, and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience, with a minimum of 6 months specifically in a barista or coffee‑service role.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of schedule adjustments based on peak times.
