Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Koordinasi Serving Pelayanan Pelanggan to lead our front‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise daily serving activities to ensure smooth operation from opening to closing.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to guarantee timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Monitor and enforce high standards of customer service, hygiene, and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • Develop and conduct regular training sessions on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance metrics, and inventory of serving supplies.
  • Analyze service data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and suggest menu or process enhancements.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging open communication, recognizing achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings to align service goals with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment and workstations are properly set up, maintained, and compliant with health codes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum limit of 0 years (interpreted as no upper age restriction).

  • Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
