Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Media Production Team Member to join our dynamic operations hub in Surabaya Selatan (Ketintang). This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in the fast‑moving food and beverage (F&B) and media production sector. The successful candidate will work closely with our production supervisors to ensure that all media assets—photos, videos, and promotional graphics—are created, edited, and delivered on schedule, supporting both internal marketing initiatives and client‑facing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, shooting, and editing of video and photographic content for product launches, store promotions, and social media channels.
- Operate basic studio equipment such as cameras, lighting kits, and audio recorders, following safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard concepts, select appropriate locations, and schedule shoots.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring proper file naming, tagging, and backup procedures.
- Support the production line by creating quick‑turn visual assets that align with daily quantity targets and brand guidelines.
- Monitor project timelines, report progress to supervisors, and proactively suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
- Participate in weekly production meetings, providing updates on completed tasks and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, copyright, and appropriate use of media materials.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as logging equipment usage, preparing production reports, and coordinating with external vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: open to all qualified candidates (both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply).
- Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong initiative, quick‑thinking, and the ability to work efficiently under production quantity targets.
- Basic proficiency with digital media tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar) and familiarity with store management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, at our Ketintang location.
