Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Penagihan Lapangan (Rengas Dengklog) to join our expanding credit and micro‑finance team. This field collection officer will play a critical role in ensuring timely repayment of credit installments while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with our valued customers. The position is based in the Rengas Dengklog area and involves regular travel to customer residences and other relevant locations.
Responsibilities
- Execute effective collection of credit installment payments in accordance with established company procedures and legal regulations.
- Visit customers at their homes, workplaces, or designated collection points to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with borrowers, even in challenging repayment scenarios, to encourage cooperation and goodwill.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly collection reports, documenting payment status, customer interactions, and any issues encountered.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams—including credit analysis, customer service, and legal—to resolve disputes or payment obstacles.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and provide actionable insights to management for risk mitigation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols during field visits, including proper verification of customer identity and secure handling of cash or electronic payments.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with collection best practices, negotiation techniques, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational guidelines).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and customer‑centred service.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple collections per day.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and data entry; familiarity with CRM or collection software is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality of customer financial information.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field assignments.
