Responsibilities
- Provide warm greetings and personalized assistance to every customer, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Execute sales techniques such as promotion, up‑selling, cross‑selling, and down‑selling to achieve store revenue goals.
- Distribute promotional materials, conduct branding activities, and support in‑store events or flyering campaigns.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, answer inquiries, and demonstrate product features confidently.
- Manage inventory levels, receive shipments, and ensure accurate stock counts using the POS system.
- Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays according to visual‑merchandising standards, keeping the store tidy and attractive.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts with precision and honesty.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Adhere to scheduled shift patterns (morning or afternoon) and be flexible to cover peak periods as required.
- Uphold company policies on health, safety, and customer privacy, reporting any irregularities promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; preference given to those who are not wearing a hijab.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Minimum height: 155 cm with a healthy body weight.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills—clear voice, expressive body language, and a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and a responsible attitude.
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to stand for long periods and handle a busy store environment.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward customers.
