Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in assigned territories, identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our broadband Wi‑Fi packages in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Educate prospects about current promotions, pricing structures, and service plans, tailoring recommendations to their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up appointments using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to overall regional performance goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer objections, and competitive offerings to help refine sales strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and employee gatherings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 50 years.
- Education: Minimum elementary school (SD) or equivalent; all educational levels are welcomed.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must possess a valid personal vehicle for travel between client locations.
- Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasive speaking, active listening, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
