Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Beauty Advisor to join our event team in Binjai. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cosmetics, enjoy direct customer interaction, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand during promotional events, ensuring that product displays are captivating, customers receive expert guidance, and sales targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Design, set up, and maintain visually appealing product displays that align with brand standards and attract event attendees.
  • Engage customers by offering product recommendations, explaining benefits, and performing live demonstrations of cosmetics and skincare items.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with shoppers to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and overall sales targets throughout each event, while accurately processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators and fellow advisors to ensure smooth operation, inventory control, and timely replenishment of stock.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the product development and marketing teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
  • Participate in pre‑event briefings and post‑event debriefs to continuously improve performance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only.
  • At least 1 year of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or a related customer‑facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a retail or event setting.
  • Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
  • Professional appearance and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
  • Flexibility to work a full schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
