We are looking for a dedicated Petugas Pengelola dan Penjagaan Warkop to join our dynamic team at a bustling coffee shop (warkop) that serves as a community hub for students, professionals, and coffee enthusiasts. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop, ensuring all equipment is functional and the venue is ready for service.
  • Monitor the premises throughout the shift to guarantee safety, prevent theft, and address any security concerns promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing tables, chairs, counters, and restroom facilities.
  • Assist customers with orders, answer inquiries about menu items, and resolve any complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage cash handling, process transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks, report low stock levels, and assist in restocking supplies.
  • Enforce company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene, including proper food handling procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to a 24‑hour shift system, including night and weekend schedules, while maintaining reliability and punctuality.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in coffee shop or similar retail environment, preferably with responsibilities in security or floor management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in basic store management systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Honesty and strong sense of responsibility.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night and weekend hours.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks.
