Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic operations team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, supporting our commitment to on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS) and reconcile daily stock movements.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, preparing documentation such as packing lists, delivery notes, and customs paperwork when required.
- Monitor and control the flow of materials within the facility, ensuring optimal storage placement and minimizing handling time.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Schedule and supervise loading/unloading activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and equipment usage.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, or damages.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and logistics performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training programs and keep up‑to‑date with industry best practices and software upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a warehouse administrator or similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse flow processes and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to attend regular training sessions and adapt to new technologies.
- Residence located near the warehouse to ensure timely attendance.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
